A calming blend of Reiki and Reflexology, thoughtfully brought together to encourage deep rest, emotional calm and a wonderful sense of harmony. ❤️ Reiki Energy Healing offers a safe, supportive, and deeply restorative path back to yourself. Whether you’re seeking emotional balance, mental clarity, or spiritual reconnection, a session—or a course of sessions—can help restore peace, harmony, and wellbeing in your life. ❤️During a session, clients remain fully clothed. I position my hands on or above the body in a series of placements, typically holding each for a few minutes. Clients may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, though experiences vary. ❤️Reiki is not a substitute for medical care and does not cure diseases, but it can help with relaxation and stress.
