The aim of Indian Head Massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, scalp, neck and shoulders thus relieving tension. Indian Head massage is both beneficial for physical and emotional health, benefits are many and include: the gentle relief of tension headaches, an increase of blood circulation to the head, neck and shoulders allowing oxygen and nutrients to improve the condition of skin and hair growth and increasing energy. Please note that head massage is kind to hair but not hairstyles, be prepared to have messy hair when finished so please bring along a comb or brush and hairband if needed for long hair whilst massages neck and shoulders. This treatment is deeply relaxing and involves inserting a hollow tube made of flax, honey, beeswax, herbs and essential oils gently into your ear. When lit there is a sucking action which draws impurities to the surface so they can be removed gently. The air rising up the ‘chimney’ gently massages the eardrum with its vibrations, which helps regulate pressures inside the ear.

Hopi Ear Candling is an ancient and natural therapy. It comes to us via the Native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona. It is used to offer calming benefits for many problems and conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat areas and can offer relief from compacted ear wax.

Signature Reflexology & gentle massage designed for the new Mum to support, nurture and calm. The perfect post pregnancy treat just when you need it most! Massage can be done with the client laying on her stomach or side, whichever is more comfortable. You are supported with pillows throughout and we will work together to achieve the best results, depending on your situation.

Reflexology is suitable for the whole family and can help and support young children and teenagers through challenging moments such as school worries and anxiety, pressures of exams, difficulty sleeping. I recommend 30 minute sessions for 5-11 year olds and 45 minutes for teenagers 12-17 years.
